Casa Ancoradourois a lovely, 4-bedroom countryside style villa with private pool and tennis court.
Secluded on the hillside with sea view between Lagos and Luz, Casa Ancoradouro is a wonderful Villa with four double bedrooms, extensive entertaining & dining facilities, tennis court, swimming pool and garden. The Villa is in easy reach of Faro airport. It is ideally suited for both families or groups of friends. You are able to stay and enjoy the villa or explore the surrounding area, which includes local surfing beaches and golf courses.
Outside dining:
The large, partially shaded balcony is the perfect area for outside dining and relaxing with views over the swimming pool and tennis court. There is a further dining area outside by the pool, next to the barbecue.
Living areas:
Upstairs is the spacious, light, and airy living room with plenty of comfortable sofas and a log fireplace. A flat-screen TV provides UK channels. Wi-fi is also available.
To one corner of the living room, there is a small cloakroom.
To the left is the dining area, which again is spacious and very bright.
Both the living and dining rooms have French windows which open out onto ample terraces with wonderful views and comfortable outside furniture for al-fresco dining.
Bedrooms:
Casa Ancoradouro has four double bedrooms adjoined with three bathrooms and one shower room. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Pool and terrace:
A particular attraction of Casa Ancoradouro is the ability to exit the bedrooms on to the pool terrace where there are a multitude of shaded sun loungers around the swimming pool.
Tennis court and gardens:
Casa Ancoradouro has its own hard tennis court, located next to the swimming pool. Tennis rackets are provided.
There are further gardens.
All the outside areas have good lighting.
Other:
The kitchen leads off the dining room and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and juicer, among other appliances.
The utility room is available to guests and comprises a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron + ironing board.
The electrically-operated entrance gates open onto a cobbled driveway with ample parking.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.

We had a lovely stay. Villa was very comfortable for 8 people with couples having their own bathrooms making a big difference.
Loads of outdoor space with plenty of seats and sun loungers.
We enjoyed playing tennis badly in private !

Casa Ancoradouro is a scrupulously clean spacious villa which also has a welcoming charm which shows how loved it is by the owners.
The panoramic views are spectacular and the gardens surrounding the villa are so relaxing with birdsong and coloursee more

The panoramic views are spectacular and the gardens surrounding the villa are so relaxing with birdsong and colourful flowers which seem to appear daily Francesca the maid is lovely and keeps the villa tidy by daily chores but not encroaching on your stay in the villa In fact we found the need to go out a decision which was led by going for foodsightseeing which usually found some of our party in turn staying to enjoy life at the villa. Could not recommended this stunning villa enough. |

First off, the villa is beautiful, the grounds are kept beautifully and is situated in a quiet area away from town. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and always open for communication, the maid that comes to clean in the mornings is no trouble atsee more
First off, the villa is beautiful, the grounds are kept beautifully and is situated in a quiet area away from town. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and always open for communication, the maid that comes to clean in the mornings is no trouble at all and tries her best to not get in the way. Lagos itself is a beautiful part of the Algarve with plenty to do during the day and at night, we will definitely be going again.

The remaining 3 bedrooms have the use of two shower rooms, also located on the ground floor. All bedrooms have French windows that open out onto the terraces and pool area.
