Luz - Villa

Casa dos Cardos is a 3-bedroom villa with private pool and amazing seaviews. It is located at the very top of a peaceful residential lane, just under a kilometre from the beautiful beach at Praia da Luz. The villa comprises 3 twin bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom; the remaining two bedrooms share a full familybathroom. All bedrooms open out onto a sizeable terrace, which has plenty of shade and is well-equipped with a built-in charcoal BBQ and table & chairs for some al-fresco dining. The living/dining room is of a soft pastel pallet and is comfortably furnished. A flatscreen TV provides UK and PT channels; wi-fi is also available. Sliding doors open out onto the large terrace, which has steps that lead down to the private, oval-shaped swimming pool (which can be heated by prior arrangement). The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, oven + hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, among other appliances. The villa is set in a gated and fenced plot, making for extra privacy and security, and is surrounded by a pretty garden of soft lawns, bright bougainvillea and mature trees & shrubs. (This plot is shared by one other villa – Casa dos Gêmeos - which belongs to the same owner; however, the distance between both villas is enough to provide each with their own privacy). All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime. Casa dos Cardos is fortunate enough to be within walking distance of many amenities, but just far enough from the centre of Luz to enjoy a little extra peace and quiet whilst away on holiday. The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.

Casa Katarina is a traditional-style 3-bedroom villa with private pool and excellent views of the sea. It is located at the top of the village, in the residential area of Luz Parque, just a kilometre from the beautiful beach at Praia da Luz. The villa is spread over two levels. The ground floor comprises the 3 twin bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom which has a full en-suite bathroom and a small walk-in closet; the remaining two bedrooms share a full family bathroom to the end of the corridor. All bedrooms have French doors that open out onto the terraces at the front and side of the villa, which in turn lead down to the pool and lawned garden. On the first floor is the large, comfortable lounge with lovely open fireplace. The flatscreen TV provides UK + PT channels; wi-fi is also available. Sliding patio doors open out onto the balcony with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, and fantastic views out to sea. The separate dining room with seating for six leads off the far end of the lounge and next to this room you will find the well-equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven + hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, among other appliances. There is a small laundry room to the side of the villa, accessible from the outside only, where you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. The pool area is a nice size, very private and has gates either side, meaning it can be completely closed off if necessary. The free-form pool has a lovely, anti-slip pebble lining and a lovely rock feature to the far end. All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
