Casa do Poço is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom villa featuring a private pool, with the option for pool heating available for an extra fee. Nestled in the esteemed Monte Lemos development, just west of Praia da Luz village, this villa offers breathtaking views of the ocean. Upon entering the home, you'll find a small landing. To your left is the coziest of the four bedrooms, furnished with two single beds. Adjacent to this room is a family shower room. On the right side of the landing, a short staircase leads you to a spacious, bright living and dining area. A large flat-screen TV provides access to UK and PT channels, and fibre optic Wi-Fi is also available. French doors open onto a balcony that overlooks the pool and the sea. The balcony features two distinct seating areas: a large round table with a lazy Susan and eight chairs for outdoor dining, and a cozy sofa and armchair set at the far end, perfect for sipping evening drinks while watching the stunning sunset. Next to the dining area, you'll find a generous open-plan kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, including a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. Sliding doors lead out to the same balcony mentioned earlier. Returning to the landing and descending a short flight of stairs, you'll discover the spacious master bedroom, which includes a double bed and a recently updated en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. There are also two well-sized twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom. All three ground-floor bedrooms have sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace and swimming pool. The beautifully landscaped garden and pool area are surrounded by a low wall. To the right of the terrace, there is a charming shaded dining area complete with a built-in BBQ, exterior sink, and worktop. The outdoor spaces are well-lit, ensuring that evenings are just as enjoyable as the days.

Casa Lontra is a delightful 4-bedroom villa with private pool and lovely views to the sea, situated in the sought after area of Luz Parque. The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished and has large sliding doors which open out onto the ample terrace and pool area. A large flatscreen TV provides UK + PT channels; wi-fi is also available. A separate dining area - with seating for eight – is set off the lounge. The modern kitchen has a spacious breakfast bar and is well equipped with a small undercounter fridge, oven + hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee-machine, hand blender, among other useful appliances. Opposite the kitchen is the laundry room, where you will find the washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. The four bright & breezy bedrooms are located at the North end of the villa. The first bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms all have twin beds. One of them has an en-suite shower room; the other two share a full family bathroom. Three of these bedrooms have sliding doors which open out onto the beautiful garden. There is also a cloakroom in this corridor. The ample terrace has a large dining table + chairs, which can be covered by an electric awning (remotely operated) if required. The terrace is fully fenced with gates to prevent access to the pool by little ones. The large kidney-shaped pool (which can be heated by prior arrangement) has plenty of sun loungers and sunshades around it. It is also completely gated, making for a safe environment if there are small children about. All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime. A special effort has been made to equip this house for small children. The owner, a mother of twins, knows full well how difficult it is to keep an eye on little ones when near a pool, so she has ensured that all security aspects are covered with stairgates, blind cord safety cleats, and a gated pool area. In addition to security, there are many baby items available for use at the property to save you from having to bring lots with you. Baby books, toys, garden toys, floor mats, potties, highchairs, bottle warmers, steriliser...you name it, it's there! Casa Lontra is set in a peaceful, residential location but is within walking distance of the village of Praia da Luz – roughly 1 km, but also close to Burgau – so it offers the best of both worlds, making for a truly amazing family holiday! The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.
